Meditation in Movement

The intention of this time is to provide our community with a safe place to move our bodies in space. Participants are asked to invite a sense of exploration, inner awareness and play – a departure from the static way we usually inhabit our bodies.  Each session starts with a short silent meditation, followed by music and ends with a brief sharing circle.
Starting January 2020 class will be held on the 3rd Sunday of each month at the Columbia Grange #267 from 11:00 to 12:15.
Facilitated by Columbia Grange members Sonia Arion and Lisa Collins
All ages are welcome. Bring  water and a cushion to sit on.
