Class generally opens and closes with a guided relaxation. Asana practice moves in a bell curve from “warming up” to moderately strong poses, combining holding/static poses and flowing vinyasa. This class can accommodate beginners but is geared towards on-going practitioners. Because class is held on private property (Beautiful yoga space!), please contact me before your first class to get directions. First time students will also need to fill out an information and disclaimer form.
