Class generally opens and closes with a guided relaxation. Asana practice moves in a bell curve from “warming up” to moderately strong poses, combining holding/static poses and flowing vinyasa. This class can accommodate beginners but is geared towards on-going practitioners. Because class is being held remotely via Zoom, please contact me before your first class to get instructions and particulars of taking yoga classes remotely.
It is recommended that all interested students, and in particular first time students, go to my page for detailed class information and to download the waiver/disclaimer form and submit it before attending the first class.
