An easy yoga class intended as a relaxation and a preparation for a guided meditation. Yoga will be about 55 minutes and the meditation portion of class will be about 20 minutes.
- Wear comfortable clothes to move in.
- Bring a blanket or shawl for warm.
- If you have a yoga mat, please bring. I have several that I will bring as well.
Experience in yoga is not required for this class. Interest in moving your body, releasing tension, relaxation, breathing and mental-emotional peace fits with the intention of this practice.
