DESCRIPTION:About Class\nClasses will be held on Saturday mornings from 9-1
 0:30 at the Columbia Grange – 37493 NE Grange Hall Rd\, Corbett\, OR –
  beginning September 17\, 2022. We will practice and explore (primarily) s
 tanding poses that stretch and strengthen the body to achieve balance.\n\n
 Anne believes that yoga îs not just about moving the body\, or following 
 a teacher’s instructions. Rather\, yoga is a journey of exploration. It 
 is about each individual cultivating the awareness of their own body so th
 at each of us can work in a healthy way\, and work towards proper alignmen
 t.\nYoga Props\nBKS Iyengar developed the use of props such as blocks\, st
 raps\, chairs\, etc. to facilitate longer holds of postures and to adjust 
 the body to accurate alignment. Proper alignment reduces extraneous effort
  and excess muscular tension\, and prevents the development of hyper-flexi
 bility which can be damaging to the joints.\n\nStudents will need to bring
  their own set of basic yoga props to class. These are often available at 
 Target\, Walmart\, &amp\; Dicks Sporting Goods. Below are links for produc
 ts Anne recommends.\n\n 	Yoga Mat (preferably no more than 4 mm thick)\n 	
 2 Yoga Blocks (preferably cork\; these are both stable and relatively ligh
 t weight)\n 	8 ft Yoga Strap\n 	10 ft Yoga Strap\n 	4-6 Yoga blankets\n\nC
 lass Registration &amp\; Payment\nAnne uses Ubindi for secure online payme
 nt. Please sign up &amp\; pay for class before you come.  You can pay for
  a single class or packages of 5 or 10 classes.\n\nI want yoga to be acces
