Afterburn is workout system that helps the body find it’s natural weight and optimum tonality while also increasing cardio-vascular health. The soreness one feels after working out is the build-up of lactic acid. Breaking down high levels of lactic acid increases one’s metabolism, helping to strengthen and tone the muscles. Afterburn is perfect for people who do yoga but don’t have a program for strength training, for people who want to lose weight, and for people who would like a strength training program they can do at home or while traveling without joining a gym.
